Kale + Grape Smoothie

3/4 cup chopped kale, ribs and stems removed
1 1/2 cups eedless green grapes
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup ice
1/4 cup low-fat yogurt
fresh lemon juice
1. Add kale, grapes, apple juice, ice, yogurt and lemon juice to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
